In a meaningful act of community engagement, ITIP extended their support to two public schools in Doña Remedios Trinidad, Bulacan—Bato Elementary School and Kambubuyugan Elementary School—through a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative that benefited a total of 134 students. The theme of this activity is “Eco-Innovations with AI: Transforming Technology for Sustainability”. The outreach was led by Board of Directors Maria Daisy Tasic, Maximo Bernales, and Maria Efigenia Hufana, alongside dedicated members Mario Villafuerte, Christopher Barcial, Romy Dayego, Augusto Jocson, and Alfred Garcia Jr., and the ITIP secretariat who volunteered their time and effort to make the event a success.

At Bato Elementary School, which recently transitioned leadership from Mr. Edrison Raymundo to Mr. Paulino Carpila Jr., 69 students received generous donations including fifty sacks of 9kg rice, grocery packages for 50 families, school supplies, and three Lenovo laptops. These contributions aim to ease the daily burdens of the students and their families while enhancing the school’s learning environment.

Meanwhile, Kambubuyugan Elementary School, under the guidance of OIC/Master Teacher 1 Zandro Donceras and newly appointed Teacher-in-Charge Jonalyn Perez, welcomed support for its 65 beneficiaries. The school received an off-grid system package consisting of a solar panel, power inverter, and batteries—an essential upgrade for a school in a remote area with limited access to electricity. In addition, the school was provided with school supplies and three Lenovo laptops to support digital learning.

This CSR event not only delivered material aid but also strengthened the bond between ITIP and the local communities. It showcased the power of collective action and the importance of investing in education, especially in underserved areas. Through this initiative, ITIP reaffirmed its commitment to social responsibility and its belief that empowering schools is a vital step toward building a brighter future.
